1. Fill out the following Application Form, along with the Applicants Statement.
3. Bring all three forms back to the church, and turn them in to the head of the children’s ministry you are volunteering for (as listed below):
Nursery & Preschool - Nancy Johnson
K1-Lil K - Cristina Ashton
2nd - 5th Kidmo - Jodi Marr
6th - 8th - Matt Sconce
9th - 12th - Mike Musacchio
